Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products) if opened

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
